Bob
"Diamond Bob" Perro Vocals/Harmonica
Bob formed Diamond Bob and The Alley Sneakers in 2006. He started
singing when he was 8 years old. Involved in music throughout the
1950's and 60's, including 4 years in the military in Vietnam where
he performed with visiting USO bands, he returned home to raise his
family. At his 40th year high school reunion, Bob was presented
a picture of himself performing with his high school band, Lord John
and the Yorkshires, which reignited the spark to perform. Since then
Bob has studied harmonica with Danny Hull of the Doobie Brothers and
Dave Barrett at the School of the Blues in San Jose, CA. You can find
out more about Bob by visiting his MySpace
page.
Diamond Bob counts B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt,
Jimi Hendrix and any good blues music featuring harmonica as his musical
influences. |

Clark
"Bulldog" Freschi Drums/Percussion
Clark didn't want a bio, so we're making one for him. Maybe he's kind
of shy and humble, but don't be fooled. This guy has bags and boxes
of talent. A drummer makes or breaks a band, and Clark's rock-steady
beat and tasty fills lay a solid foundation beneath everything we
play. We couldn't agree on a nickname for him, but anything along
the lines of 'groove god' or 'beat meister' could work. Must have
been born with drumsticks in hand. More to come about this awesome
guy.

Fred
Munoz Lead
Guitar/Vocals
Fred's interest in music started while growing up listening to his
father play harmonica at home. From that time forward music has been
a part of his daily life. The British Invasion left a lasting impression,
one that he carries with him today. Shortly after the British Invasion,
Fred stumbled onto the American Blues and with its powerful diversity
it became Fred's music of choice. Today the love of blues is stronger
than ever and music is Fred's chemical of choice. |

Franco "Kidcalico" Giovannoni Bass
Franco keeps the bottom end moving and grooving for us. He's another
one of those humble pie kind of guys who doesn't want a bio. The
fact is that Franco is pure pleasure to play with. His bass lines
are solid, steady, and sweet. There's kind of a Zen to bass playing
and Franco is definitely in the Zen zone. We'd give him more solos,
but for some odd reason, he'd rather stay in the background. Go
figure. A Sacramento/Roseville native, Franco has been playing bass
for over forty years. As for influences, he cites Jack Bruce, Paul
McCartney, and Jaco Pastorius. Franco's favorite music is rock and
blues, but more and more jazz the older he gets.
